In most cases, a bird’s-eye view can provide a significantly better and quicker overview, with a much wider radius of observation in potentially sensitive situations. The requirements of the Unmanned Systems used, largely revolve around immediate operational readiness and rapid delivery of decision-making information for operations controllers. To this end, we are currently increasingly relying on so-called drone-in-a-box solutions (drone hangars), which transmit information to control centres largely autonomously and automatically in real time, which has proven particularly useful in the area of critical infrastructure.
